Last Saturday, I went with my cousin Caoimhe to Clodagh McKenna's Cookery School. We made lots of scrummy recipes including this Strawberry Smoothie. I can't wait to go back again!
Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
150g strawberries
2 tbsp clear honey
250ml greek yoghurt
handful ice
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a tall glass and serve.
